Hunter Roberts completed consulting work for the Construction Manager of the Queens Hospital Center Ambulatory Care Pavilion, which included 70,000 SF of medical space for behavioral health, pediatrics, primary care, dialysis, dental, and eye care offices. The scope of work also encompassed administrative, educational, and training facilities.  The Hunter Roberts recovery baseline schedule (which ran for one year) ended in 2006.

Hunter Roberts was challenged to bring a fresh perspective and a new approach to a project that was 50 percent completed. The Team had to prioritize the different phases and highlight key milestones to enable successful completion. The Team worked closely with DASNY and the HHC to coordinate and manage construction operations by implementing a baseline schedule and monitoring progress through weekly meetings.
