Princeton University Yeh College & New College West
Hunter Roberts completed two, new residential colleges that served Princeton University’s “vision of the future”, supported an increasingly diverse cross-section of undergraduate students, and created a close knit, collaborative community of living, learning, socializing, and dining. The program scope included four buildings per college on a 12-acre site, each with 500 beds, dining and community facilities supported by a shared servery, residences for Heads of college, and a faculty apartment. Space also contains a variety of programming amenities such as offices, designated teaching areas, and capacity to accommodate extra-curricular activities. Buildings were designed utilizing Building Information Modeling and achieved a LEED Gold Certification based on its high performance.
