The amenity spaces include a fitness center, lounge area, demonstration kitchen, kids’ playroom, virtual sports simulator room, and movie screening room.

The tower was constructed adjacent to the former Society Hill Sheraton in Old City, and provides connections to the hotel for resident access to hotel amenities including direct access to lobby and onsite eateries.
