Dock Street Tower Apartments

Hunter Roberts is tasked with construction management services for the new 286,280 SF, 31-story tower consisting of 272 units, penthouses, and 74 below-grade parking spaces.  2^nd and 3^rd floor amenities will include a fitness center, yoga equipment, gaming lounge, co-working lounge, and a golf simulator, while the 31^st floor features a water view Lounge, city view lounge, outdoor lounge, and a swimming pool. The tower will sit adjacent to the former, Society Hill Sheraton in Old City and will provide connections to the hotel next door for resident access to hotel amenities. Pre-construction began in 2018 leading this project to completion in 2023. ­
