Project Budget / Cost Control
During the construction phase, the project team will utilize our comprehensive cost control system to analyze all potential cost events and track their impact on the project’s budget. Any event that may result in a contract change will be logged into our system.
Managing the closeout and post-construction phase of a project is a critical process that must be addressed effectively to achieve client satisfaction. The project turnover plan must be developed during the earliest stages of design and responsibility for developing the plan must reside with a single qualified project team member.
