The Laurel is a high-end residential condominium building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The structure consists of 128 luxury units, a state-of-the-art amenity space, an indoor pool, 14,000 SF of office/retail space, and two levels of underground parking, containing a total of 26 double-stackers. The residences have ceilings ranging between nine and 12 feet in height, solid white oak flooring, a four-pipe fan coil system, in-swing casement windows, and painted solid-core flush doors with Valli Himalaya satin chrome door levers.

The building, designed by award-winning architects Costas Kondylis & Partners, is 31 stories high and has a façade of glass and Indiana limestone. The LEED-certified construction includes water-efficient landscaping, enhanced refrigeration management, low-emitting materials, and a design that conscientiously maximizes optimal daylight to decrease electrical costs. In September 2009, The Laurel was announced as the winner of the Building of America Award by Real Estate & Construction Review.
