As the owner of this property, Drexel University’s vision is to transform their campus into a vibrant and unique destination for living, shopping, dining, and cultural activities. This residential, commercial, and retail development features a 19-story building with an attached eight-story building and an additional eight-story building. Residential space contains 861 beds (220 units) which are divided between the three separate buildings. Available to University faculty, staff, and students, these residences are a mix of townhome units and two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartment units. The retail and mixed-use area, which is a total of 30,845 SF, occupies the first and second floors of both eight-story buildings and a lower level in the east building, and houses commercial street retail tenants and University auxiliary services. The community center is a 14,800-SF space located within one of the 8-story buildings. It features a large social lounge and gaming area, fitness center, business center, laundry facilities, and a 60-seat theater.
