The scope consisted of three new passenger loading bridges; new technological upgrades and communications systems, expanded baggage claim area and additional baggage belt, new counters at each existing and new gate areas on the second level with new terrazzo flooring, retail space, additional aircraft parking, special loading dock, and improved check-in capabilities.

Also included was utility roadwork and underground utilities, including two long fiberoptic runs to tie-in to new terminal.
