Dirscherl Honored in Temple’s Gallery of Success

October 11, 2014 – Executive Vice President Dan Dirscherl was honored by Temple University on October 10 with the 2014 Gallery of Success Award. An alumni of Temple’s College of Engineering, this award recognizes Dan’s achievements in the construction industry and a legacy of high quality buildings.

Alumni from each of Temple’s 17 schools and colleges are honored every fall and highlighted for one year in the Gallery of Success showcases, located in Mitten Hall’s lower level. Additionally, the names of all former Gallery recipients are permanently displayed in the same location. The Gallery of Success is a collaborative effort between Temple’s Career Center and the Office of Alumni Relations.

Dan believes strongly in donating his time and knowledge to the University and serves in an advisory role on the Board of Visitors for the College of Engineering. “Temple was a good experience for me,” he stated. “A lot of folks there helped me. I’m fortunate to be able to give back, both in terms of time and fundraising, to support the school.”

Hunter Roberts has also contributed to the developing landscape of Temple’s campus in recent years, having successfully completed eight projects, among them the new Tyler School of Art and the additions and major renovations to Pearson / McGonigle Halls.
