Hunter Roberts performed preconstruction and construction management services for the Xfinity Live! development, a high-end destination retail, dining, and entertainment complex in the area adjacent to the Wells Fargo Center. The location is on the former site of the Spectrum Arena, which Hunter Roberts demolished to make way for Xfinity Live!.

The project scope featured retail and restaurant space including a multi-story sports bar; the Xfinity On-Demand Theater, a 24-foot-wide Sony LED video board for broadcasting sporting events and movies; two full-service kitchens, one 8,000 SF and the other 15,000 SF; the NBC Sports Arena, featuring an indoor, 32-foot diagonal, million-dollar Sony LED screen; the NBC Sports Field, which hosts outdoor activities and free concerts; the Victory Beer Hall, featuring beer hall-style tables, a stage for live indoor entertainment, and a 2,000 SF patio complete with a fire pit and a unique panoramic view of the Philadelphia skyline. Hunter Roberts also installed a 100-foot LED Comcast SportsNet Ticker inside a venue called the Philly MarketPlace, a gathering place with food vendors. Other restaurants located in Xfinity Live! include the Spectrum Grille, an upscale restaurant; Broad Street Bullies Pub featuring the NBC Sports Game Experience; and PBR Bar & Grill, a country-western theme restaurant which features a mechanical bull.
