Uncommon Schools Camden Prep

Hunter Roberts provided construction management services for the substantial reconstruction of Camden Prep, located at 1575 Mt. Ephraim Avenue in Camden, NJ. Camden Prep was operating out of a 102,050 SF 3-story existing school building where they host grades K-4. This development included significant upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the building, including substantial upgrades to the surrounding site; new roof, windows and facade repair; HVAC; electrical; plumbing; fire protection; interior finishes, equipment in common spaces and classrooms; and upgrades to interior and exterior security system.
