Northwell Staten Island University Hospital Chiller Replacement

This project is located on South Campus of Northwell Staten Island University Hospital. Project includes replacement of existing 500T absorption chiller, two cooling towers and motor control center. Additional infrastructure replacement includes raised dunnage system, support structure around boiler flues, new filters, tanks, pumps, etc. Means and methods include close coordination with the hospital in the existing operational energy plan, loading dock roadway, shared parking lot.
