Schuylkill Yards West Tower
Located at 3025 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, the Schuylkill Yards West Tower is part of a 14 acre innovation development in the University City area of Philadelphia, encompassing over 6.9 million SF of office, lab, residential, retail, hotel, and green space. The West Tower is Hunter Roberts’ third award to date as part of the Schuylkill Yards Master Plan.
The scope of work featured the construction of a 371 foot, 28-story, 570,000 SF mixed-use residential, office, life science, retail and parking development. Key features include:
- Residential: 326 Ultra-Luxury Apartments (18 floors)
- Life Sciences / Office Space: 200,000 SF (7 floors)
- 29,000 SF Indoor + Outdoor Luxury Amenity Floor on Level 9 (Lifestyle Club)
- Retail: 9,000 SF (Street Level)
- Parking: 115 Spaces (2-levels below grade)
- Amenities: fitness center, locker rooms and showers, roof deck, outdoor pool, resident lounge with fireplace and kitchen, media room, meeting area, game room, and playroom
The West and East towers will be connected by the Highline Park, a new public space that will offer a variety of plants and social seating arrangements, a water feature, and provide space for programmed community events.
