ResinTech Global Headquarters & Manufacturing Plant

Hunter Roberts successfully constructed ResinTech’s new 150,205 SF global headquarters and manufacturing plant on Federal Street and River Road in Camden, NJ. ResinTech is a family of companies in the water treatment industry that also manufactures a variety of products. They are a leader in the industry of ion exchange resins, providing services to laboratories, military, and residential water filters and systems.

The new headquarters building features offices, a manufacturing facility, state-of-the-art QA/QC laboratories, support spaces, warehouse facilities and a tank farm. The design of the facility integrated LEED Gold standards, and was built to incorporate the latest technologies in both energy efficiency and water conservation including solar power. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was performed on the project for trade coordination and clash detection. Prefabrication was utilized for Precast Wall Systems.

At peak capacity, ResinTech efficiently produces over a half-million cubic feet a year of DCE-free cation resin – 100% made in the USA, and all of it fueled by solar power.
