ResinTech ActionPak Packaging Plant

Hunter Roberts constructed ActionPak’s new 166,705 SF contract filling, packaging and labeling operations facility on East State Street and River Avenue in Camden, NJ. ActionPak is a co-packer of many types of products and packaging styles for Food/FDA work and Non-Food industries.

The new packaging production facility includes office space and warehouse facilities. The design of the facility integrated LEED Gold standards, and was built to incorporate the latest technologies in both energy efficiency and water conservation including solar power. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was performed on the project for trade coordination and clash detection.
