Reed Smith Three Logan Square Office Fit-Out

The relocation of Reed Smith’s offices to Three Logan Square required the interior fit-out on five floors and a partial warm-lit, shell floor (floors 28 through partial 33). The project scope included reception area, multiple high-end conference centers, attorney and support staff offices, a catering cafe, and a grab-and-go cafe. The project received a LEED Gold certification and includes a Lutron Daylighting Control System as well as smart kitchen appliance and copier receptacles.
