Hunter Roberts is performing Construction Management Services, including Preconstruction, for a new 180-key hotel with underground parking. The scope of work includes a 93,000 SF expansion of 2-10 Nassau Street and 35,000 SF renovation of 20 Nassau Street. An early work portion of the contract included the relocation of existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm services for retail spaces on Nassau Street to accommodate demolition and abatement of an existing structure on Chambers Street. Pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
