NYP Lawrence Hospital PACU Renovation

The gut renovation of a 6,000-SF existing post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) on their Bronxville campus. Hunter Roberts was selected for this gut renovation of an existing post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), our third at the hospital, while providing CM services for a three-story cancer center addition adjacent to the PACU. The project, which services the hospital’s second floor operating rooms, requires construction of 16 patient bays, including three private stations with a surgery control suite, along with new medical gas service and all related MEP and medical infrastructure modernizations. The project follows an aggressive seven-month schedule.
