The new building is a concrete frame with a face brick and curtain wall facade. The program includes a basement Radiology Suite with two Linear Accelerator vaults and a CT Scan. The first floor is designated as a medical oncology suite with private and open infusion bays. The second floor includes six new state-of-the-art operating suites with support space. The third floor is reserved for a mechanical penthouse and an extensive green roof garden. The project also includes extending the new elevator tower up to the existing sixth floor with minor upgrades to the adjacent corridors. New electrical, gas and water services will be brought to the new building and a new emergency generator is also incorporated into the program.
