NYCEDC On-Call Construction Services

A variety of projects for the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) throughout the five boroughs. In the Bronx, this includes the Krasdale Drainage Improvements and the Hunts Point Market Rail Improvements. In Queens, projects include the Queens Plaza Sidewalk Replacement, the Long Island City Streetscape, the Museum of the Moving Image Courtyard, and the Willets Point Redevelopment. In Brooklyn, Hunter Roberts has worked on Bush Terminal Infrastructure, the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, the Flatbush Caton Market, and the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal. Projects on Staten Island include the 9-11 First Responders Memorial, the Staten Island Esplanade Shore Stabilization, the Staten Island Ferry Terminal Retail, the Arthur Kill Lift Bridge, and the Homeport Electrical Project. In Manhattan, Hunter Roberts has worked on the Pier 11 Terminal Reconstruction, the South Street Seaport Reconstruction, La Marqueta, the Gansevoort Market Chiller Plant, the Whitehall Ferry Terminal Retail, the 28th Street Streetscape, Eco Park, the Institute for Family Health, and the East River Ferry Shelters. On Randall’s Island, projects include the Randall’s Island Connection Rail Crossing, the Randall’s Island Park Utility Infrastructure, and the Randall’s Island Park Seawall Repair. Hunter Roberts has also completed work on various disaster recovery projects throughout the city.
