Northwell Health Phelps Elevator Renovations

Hunter Roberts was engaged with Northwell Health Health to perform construction management services for the renovation of five elevators at 701 N Broadway in the Village of Sleepy Hollow, NY. The Northwell Health Phelps Memorial Hospital Elevator Renovations Projects consisted of the renovation of Existing 5 elevators (4 rope, 1 hydraulic), mechanical systems, cab finishes, connection to emergency power, and install Fireman’s communication panel. The project also included the aesthetic renovation of the elevator vestibules on all floors.
