Hunter Roberts was contracted by the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF) for a laboratory fit-out and infrastructure upgrades project. This project covers one and a half floors at 619 West 54th Street in Manhattan, including 25,000 SF of lab space and 8,000 SF of office space. Founded in 2005, NYSCF is one of the premier non-profit organizations for stem cell research. The foundation’s mission focuses on accelerating cures for major diseases, including ALS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and Alzheimer’s, through stem cell research.
