New York Jets New Corporate Headquarters & Training Facility

The 26-acre site includes a 217,500-SF, two-story campus building containing a training facility for the players, conference facilities, a full service kitchen/cafeteria, warming kitchens and dining for team ownership, state-of-the-art fitness center and laundry facility, wellness center, conference center with auditorium, New York Jets executive board room and offices, and an NFL press room with TV studio. Sitework included the relocation of existing active office campus roads, utility upgrades and relocations, and soil remediation. Attached to the campus building is a clear span fieldhouse, housing a full artificial turf practice field with adequate headroom for “special teams” practice. Adjacent to the campus building are three natural turf fields and an additional artificial turf field, as well as parking, open-air stormwater retention, and an equipment shed for field maintenance. The exterior artificial turf field was installed to comply with NFL design standards, including field lighting, drainage, and spectator areas for training and mini camps.
