Mount Sinai South Nassau Emergency Department Lobby & Renovation

This project included pre-construction, demolition, and construction. Pre-construction included budgeting, constructability reviews, scheduling, phasing development & logistics support to the client. The demolition phase included the existing outpatient entrance. Construction will commenced in March 2020 with a seven phased ED renovation. Work includes One new rooftop AHUs, new normal & emergency electrical distribution, new plumbing, new fire protection, redistribution of medical gases, new low voltage and structural enhancements to the existing buildings. The final ED will have 45 beds, 4 trauma beds, radiology suite & CT scanner.
