Midwood 204 South 12th Street Apartments

Hunter Roberts is performing Construction Management services that included pre-construction for a new 378-unit, luxury mixed-use residential apartment tower. The 366-foot-tall, 32-story structure features a modern exterior with unique white concrete columns and black cladding design, assuring the structure stands out from surrounding developments.

Amenities include a rooftop deck; a 41,380 SF, 3-level below-grade parking garage providing 68 spaces; and two-story retail space totaling 40,000 SF, creating a significant commercial presence on 12th Street. Massive lobby windows, garden encasements and trees framing the site’s footprint create a vibrant sidewalk experience.

The initial scope of work involved the demolition of the site’s existing buildings along 12th Street to make way for the new development.
