KIPP: NYC College Prep Charter High School

K-8 school facility that will be home to 996 students in Bronx, NY. Six stories out of the ground building, steel structure with long span decking, rainscreen exterior wall with punch windows and curtainwall sections. Program will include gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms, laboratories, administrative space, rooftop ball play area with tensile fabric shade structure, kitchen and servery.
