This project featured the construction of a 328-foot-tall, 373,934 SF, 28-story luxury mixed-use residential tower, Josephine. The initial work included abatement and demolition of an existing 3-story concrete garage at 1608-1634 Sansom Street and excavation of the site to make way for the new tower. Sheeting, shoring, and underpinning of adjacent buildings was performed and utilities were brought in from the street to service the new building.

The tower features 254-units, ranging from 600 to 2,784 SF, 17 of which are penthouse options; 17,000 SF on the second floor for use as a restaurant or health and wellness facility; 5,322 SF of ground floor restaurant/retail space; and two level underground parking garage with 55 spaces. Residents will enjoy premium amenities, services and conveniences typical of luxury hotels, such as a club lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking space, sky lounge with an outdoor pool, and resident storage.
