Jefferson Health Façade Replacement & Infrastructure Upgrades

Hunter Roberts successfully completed this multi-phased project for Jefferson Health (previously Kennedy Health System) that included the replacement of the exterior wall, site development, a temporary entrance to the main lobby and new main entrance canopy, new entrance to the emergency department, repair and replacement of the existing Emergency Department parking deck, and a new employee pharmacy.

The main challenge of this project consisted of the removal and replacement of the existing façade in tandem with the hospital maintaining a full occupancy census. An engineered scaffold system was put in place and served to ensure safe work access and proper environmental and water resistance at all times.
