Inspira Health Woodbury Campus Consolidation

Hunter Roberts is providing Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for the consolidation of Inspira Health’s Woodbury Campus featuring a new Satellite Emergency Department, fit-out of existing Medical Office Building, Behavioral Health projects, and a new EMS Building.

The program includes:
Phase 1: A 50,000 SF renovation of the existing Medical Office Building to consolidate all remaining functions from the old hospital including food bank, prenatal, pulmonary, HIM, billing, corporate services, PHP, and urology functions.

Phase 2: Construction of a two-story, 42,000 SF building to house a new Satellite Emergency Department with 16 treatment bays, imaging, lab, and support functions on the first floor. The second floor fit-out will complete a 20-bed behavioral health facility.

Phase 3: Construction of a 5,400 SF EMS Building consisting of 3 bay ambulance parking and supply/equipment storage for Inspira Health’s EMS staff.
