Inspira Health Transitional & Acute Care Overbuild

Hunter Roberts performed construction management services that included preconstruction for Inspira Health’s two-story overbuild project at their Regional Medical Center located in Vineland, NJ.

The scope of the project included the overbuild construction of two 31,284 SF floors atop an existing one-story outpatient facility. The 2nd Floor includes 36 new patient rooms and support areas. The 3rd Floor was constructed as shell space for future fit-out. Infrastructure upgrades included a 2,000 SF addition to the Central Utility Plant to house a new 1,500-KW generator and 1,000-ton chiller. The exterior work involved expanding the existing parking lot to accommodate additional patient volume.

Building Information Modeling was utilized on the project for coordination of the electrical, mechanical and plumbing work in the new structure, as well as the existing conditions.
