The Tribeca Sanctuary Enhancements project involved coordination with the Billion Oyster Project to seed oyster larvae onto concrete reef balls and gabion baskets lined with oyster shells to promote marine habitat in the Hudson River. Once seeded, the concrete reef balls and gabion baskets were introduced into the habitat zone at predetermined locations. Textured concrete piles were also installed to promote marine growth on the piles themselves.

In addition, a continuation of miscellaneous marine repair scope across Hudson River Park Segments 3, 5 and 7 including concrete spall repairs, pile encapsulation, timber, and floating fender installation, and an assortment of floating dock repairs were performed.
