Hudson River Park Trust Park-Wide Marine CM Services Contracts

Hunter Roberts has been awarded two on-call contracts with Hudson River Park Trust, the first in 2015 and the second in 2019. The first contract improved eight areas of Hudson River Park. Work was performed concurrently over the course of a 12-month schedule. Hunter Roberts provided professional oversight and management of trades carrying out improvement contracts to park-wide vehicular ramps, sports facility renovations, waterfront infrastructure, and playgrounds. The contract called for the following individual projects: Pier 40 Vehicular Ramp Restoration, Tribeca Sports Court Restoration, Pier 84 Site Utility Restoration, Park-Wide Waterfront Structures Repairs, Chelsea Waterside Park Basketball Court Restoration, Harrison Street Overlook Restoration, Chelsea Waterside Park Playground Restoration, and Leroy Street Dog Run Restoration. The 2019 contract encompasses the following projects: Parkwide Paver Restoration, Pier 54 Arch Restoration, Parkwide Sliding Door Replacement, Art Restoration of “Private Passage,” Pier 40 Office Reconstruction, Pier 40 Façade Restoration, Chelsea Waterside Fence Reconstruction, and Pier 84 Dog Run Reconstruction.
