Pre-construction and construction management services for the new, 19-story, 140,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility for Welltower, Inc. and Hines. The project is located at 2330 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The building has a brick, limestone and glass facade and outdoor terraces. Additionally, the building contains indoor amenities including an art studio, exercise room, salon, dining room, parlor and a full commercial kitchen. The building includes 156 units for a total of 186 potential residents.
