FEDEX Sunset Industrial Park, Package Distribution Building & Bulkhead Work

The 18-acres redevelopment of the Sunset Industrial Park campus. It includes the reconstruction of a new bulkhead on the Gowanus Canal and the construction of four Class-A warehouse/distribution facilities that total 1.8 million GSF. This project is for the first phase of construction includes the replacement of the existing bulkhead and construction of the 182,000 SF, 2-Level, package distribution building.
