Dwight Capital

Dwight Capital is approximately 12,700 SF on the 10th floor of 787 Eleventh Avenue. The tenant provided funding for housing and other real estate. Our contract will be with the owner, Georgetown Company. It is a total fit-out. The core of the building was still under construction. Our scope included a combination of open space and offices. The scope also included meeting rooms, café area, and a fitness room. The project was a combination of a glass office front system and sheetrock partitions for the “back office” area.

There are some unique details in that they have a wood panel ceiling, exposed ceilings, sheetrock ceilings and acoustical tiles that form “clouds” over the workstations. Flooring varies from carpet to VCT and polished concrete. Scope included new MEPs (HVAC distribution, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection).
