The project scope encompasses a thorough renovation of the DoubleTree’s 759 rooms’ interiors, including items such as new carpet, wall coverings, paint, remote thermostats, and new bathroom tile and fixtures. In addition, Hunter Roberts coordinated a complete liquidation of the existing FF&E and installation of all new FF&E. Individual floor turn-over took place on a pre-planned sequence as early as three months prior to completion. The hotel remained occupied at all times, requiring strict measures for protection, coordination with services and guests, and overall safety of everyone associated with the hotel.
