Dock 72

Hunter Roberts performed the fit-out of amenity space on floors 1, 2, and 16 of the new Dock 72 building at Brooklyn Navy Yard. This project included a coffee bar, lounge, café, juice bar, kitchens, training room, studios, locker rooms, massage rooms, and conference space. Scope included extensive architectural finishes, food service equipment, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. These amenities were part of the appeal of Dock 72, which is the new home of 21st century manufacturing in Brooklyn. Now that is is completed, this will allow tenants of this 675,000-SF office-and-manufacturing building to maintain their health and well-being in an open and inviting space.
