This new 20-story, mixed-use apartment complex located at 1001 Vine Street, includes a three-story podium with retail tenant spaces, community center, gymnasium, classrooms, and commercial office space.

The new building contains 150 residential units (30 studios, 105 1BR, 15 2BR), 31 of which are affordable for moderate-income households earning up to 80 percent of area median income. The program includes 8,600 SF of commercial and retail space; a 17,000 SF community center with gathering space, state-of-the-art basketball court and multi-purpose gym, banquet hall, classroom and meeting spaces, warming kitchen, and community art gallery/museum; 18,600 SF of office space; and an outdoor terrace/deck featuring a green roof.
