Comcast Three Logan Square

Hunter Roberts completed the 103,000 SF multi-phased renovations for Comcast Corporate on Floors 23, 24, 36, 42 and 43 of Three Logan Square, 1717 Arch Street. Work included complete renovation of elevator lobbies, bathrooms, pantries, work rooms and conference rooms. Finishes were updated on all floors including new paint, carpet and lighting. New millwork was installed in the renovated spaces along with new ceilings and accent lighting.
