Citi Field Brewery

Mikkeller Brewing, a beer company from Denmark, contracted Hunter Roberts to build their first East Coast location, Mikkeller NYC, as part of the Citi Field baseball park. This new location contains a 4,000-SF production area with a 20-barrel brew house. The space also encapsulates a bar/restaurant with 50 beers on tap. The Hunter Roberts team worked closely with Mikkeller, Citi Field, and international vendors to ensure the quality of the brewing vessels as well as the proper installation of MEP scope, both critical to brewing good beer.
