Scroll >

The renovations to the Administration Building at the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal were a part of a two-phase plan to make the space ready for future commercial and light manufacturing tenants. The building has 55,000 SF of space spread across four floors. This first phase consisted of the complete abatement of the space, select interior demolition, exterior façade restoration and the creation of a new base building back of house design to support a future leasable building environment. Hunter Roberts contracted with Margulies Hoelzli Architects to provide design documents for the first phase of the buildings renovation. After receiving design documents for the Phase I work Hunter Roberts overseed the construction of Phase II work.
