BioBat 2nd Floor Lab

A 16,000 SF dry lab fit-out on the second floor of Building A at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. The construction includes a modular laboratory shell space, office space, conference rooms, teleconference space, and a pantry. The project was built for 5 variable size laboratory spaces and was equipped with the infrastructure to further divide into 20 independent spaces. Infrastructure work included high-velocity cannon exhaust fans, emergency power, acid waste neutralization, and more.
