The South Jersey Transportation Authority has been upgrading the facilities at Atlantic City International Airport, the fastest growing regional airport in the Northeast. This passenger checkpoint expansion included demolition of existing terminal areas and temporary conditions; installation of modular office trailers, interior spaces, and finishes, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and electrical systems; the installation and connection of IT, communication, and security systems and infrastructure; the installation of Passenger Checkpoint equipment supplied by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA); and the procurement and installation of specialized and general building equipment.
