Hunter Roberts maintains a long-standing relationship with American Express, currently providing a full refresh of office floors 36 and 41, along with lobby door replacements on 18 floors at the American Express Tower (200 Vesey Street). BlueWork scope calls for a partial interior fit-out with carpet, paint, and branded graphics; cosmetic upgrades to private offices, open-scape areas, and lounge areas; and the main reception area. This is a continuation of work started in 2013, when Hunter Roberts built out annual company BlueWork office renovations on floors 29, 45, and 46. In subsequent years, Hunter Roberts has provided the same BlueWork scope on floors 30, 31, and 47 (2014) and 39 and 42 through 44 (2015). In all, Hunter Roberts has delivered a total of more than 350,000 SF of interior office renovations for a total contract value of just over $34.5 million. The same single-floor scope and contract was also executed by Hunter Roberts for American Express’ Connecticut headquarters in Stamford in 2014. BlueWork is the company’s alternative workplace guidelines program, allowing employee input and flexible workspace to maximize the potential use of AmEx’s real estate while providing an inspirational and exciting place to work.
