Hunter Roberts has restored the interiors of the main lobby of 80 Pine Street, a 497-foot office building located in the Financial Center of New York City. This office tower was built in 1960 by the Rudin Management Company and was designed by Emery Roth and Sons. The Lobby renovation was a gut renovation, which includes all three entrances of the building and will include new finishes of the entrances and new storefronts. Italian limestone was installed on the exterior of the three entrances, as well as a new curtain wall transoms with new glazing, stainless steel and LED lightings.

The elevator lobbies were covered with high-end custom tile and the elevator frames and doors were updated to match the metal finishes throughout the lobby. New wood paneling, as well as glazed panels clad the interior walls which lead from the three separate entrances to the central corridor. In addition, custom coffered glass fiber reinforced gypsum (GFRG) panels complement the ceilings, along with GFRG custom column cladding with metal inlay reveals. New terrazzo flooring was installed throughout the lobby interior.
