55 Water Street 51st Floor

Hunter Roberts moved its New York Headquarters from 2 World Financial Center to 55 Water Street in Lower Manhattan. This necessitated a 37,000 SF build-out of our new location on the 51st floor of 55 Water Street. The Switzer Group-designed modern office space features a terrazzo and wood-embellished lobby and conference gallery, more than a dozen state-of-the-art conference rooms, including a 36-seat training room, and an expansive centralized employee lounge that includes banquette seating and a rustic flophouse oak accent wall made from reclaimed boards. Conference spaces include Creston control boxes with office-wide video and audio integration, and 70-inch LED displays. The conference rooms are concentrated on the northwest side of the office to ensure security and document control protocols. Other features include a second, private Conference Center kitchen, centralized print center, private glass-front offices for company executives, and small impromptu meeting areas scattered throughout the office, designed to stimulate collaboration and discussions. Built with sustainability in mind, the space incorporates green building techniques and LEED certified. Public spaces are arranged along key north-facing windows that provide sweeping views of Brooklyn, Queens, Midtown Manhattan, and One World Trade Center.
