445 Southgate Renovation

Advance Realty Group called on Hunter Roberts for the gut renovation of their 320,000-SF, four-story office building at 445 Southgate Parkway office park. The project consisted of a complete renovation of the building core and shell, comprised of new mechanical system, electrical system, and lobby entrance addition. Additional scope included new windows, roof, and sitework improvements.
