As Senior Vice President/Operations Manager and Project Executive, Paul Nichilo is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project he is assigned to construct. In addition, Paul leads and coordinates the construction team’s daily activities to deliver a project that meets the client’s cost, schedule and quality goals. Paul also provides insight and guidance on company-wide initiatives including safety, operations planning, and staffing. Paul has over 30 years of diversified construction experience in renovation, interiors, and ground-up construction. He has held the roles of Superintendent, Project Manager, and Assistant Vice President. Paul has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and has always managed his staff to successful project completion.
