Kyle Levesque,
As Director of Pre-Construction for the Philadelphia office of Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Kyle is responsible for understanding construction costs as it relates to all building systems and leading the firm’s pre-construction efforts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is directly involved in the planning, estimating, value engineering, LEED studies, expediting and life cycle costing of all architectural, structural, civil and specialty systems, and has overall accountability of all budgets, estimates, GMP’s and bids produced by the department. Kyle is responsible for development and maintenance of relationships with our clients throughout pre-construction. With 24 years providing pre-construction services in the region, 10 of those with Hunter Roberts, Kyle is well known for his expertise and has budgeted and estimated numerous large-scale and complex projects in the healthcare, mixed-use residential, higher education, student housing, commercial, and entertainment sectors. He offers excellent relationships within the specialty contractor community; advisement to our clients; and leadership to our teams throughout the planning and pre-construction phases of our projects.
