Kevin Barrett

As Executive Vice President and General Manager of New York, Kevin Barrett ensures that the efforts and actions of Hunter Roberts’ staff are aligned with and representative of the client’s best interests and those of the overall project. He is responsible for the successful execution and completion of all Hunter Roberts projects in New York City. Kevin is a trained engineer with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, where he is well known for his expertise as a builder. Kevin has a unique understanding of the various trades and relies on his close relationships with trade contractors to successfully guide project teams during procurement and construction. Kevin is responsible for our New York business unit and oversees staff development, contract negotiations, project costs, and our Incident and our Injury Free Safety Program.
