A well respected and prominent leader in the construction industry, Dan Dirscherl has over 40 years’ experience delivering high profile and complex projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been an executive with Hunter Roberts since its doors opened in 2005. As Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Philadelphia office of Hunter Roberts, Dan Dirscherl ensures that the efforts and actions of our staff are aligned with and are representing the Client’s best interests and those of the overall project. He guides and prepares our project teams to thoughtfully monitor the budget, schedule, and safety considerations as well as focus on delivering high quality construction. Dan is responsible for the overall operations of the Philadelphia office, successful execution and completion of all construction projects, as well as sales and progress related to the firm’s growth within the region. He provides executive leadership and management, establishing protocols, implementing and enforcing our Incident and Injury Free Safety Program, overseeing staff development, and supervising risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions. Under Dan’s local leadership, the Philadelphia office of Hunter Roberts has grown significantly and repeatedly ranks as a top regional construction firm by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He is known in the industry as a solutionist, and his extensive preconstruction and construction expertise continues to make him an invaluable resource to our project teams and clients.
